Kilimanjaro is a dream destination for adventurers and nature lovers alike. Or at least that’s what the travel brochures and websites say.
But beneath the breathtaking beauty of this snowy mountain lies a history of tragic events. From sudden illnesses, to lightning, to being buried alive, these tragedies reveal the dangers that come with attempting to conquer Kilimanjaro.
